This practice of deep listening works to release restrictions and holding patterns created by the body as a result of physical and emotional stressors that compromise nervous system function. Combined Acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy $135/90 minute session

This session combines the modalities of acupuncture and craniosacral therapy for a fully comprehensive session. Combining acupuncture with craniosacral therapy offers a synergistic approach to healing that addresses both energy flow (Qi) and structural fluid movement, providing a “whole-body” treatment for complex physical and emotional conditions. This combination is particularly effective for managing chronic stress, pain, and trauma by facilitating a shift from a sympathetic "fight-or-flight" state to a parasympathetic "rest-and-digest" mode, promoting deep, immediate relaxation and self-correction of the body.

Cupping Session $100/45 minute session

The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, menstrual discomfort, digestive pain and even cellulite.
